Tucker and the rest of the staff are AMAZING! They are helpful, knowledgeable, honest and accountable. If something goes wrong during a repair, or after, they have fixed it immediately with no extra charges. They go out of their way to make sure that their customers are satisfied. Technitions did a good job. My rug on the driver side floor was messed up. And when I ask for "the works" package I'm under assumption that includes rotate so I don't need to be asked if I want tires rotated. Also, last oil change package was 69.99 plus tax. Why did I pay over $100 this time??

I brought my 2023 F150 in for a warranty situation. While the actual replacement of the component was a challenge, I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service I received from Tucker S. Tucker is a fantastic communicator, displays genuine empathy, and is very solutions oriented. I tell everyone, the only reason I stick with Ford is because they always take care of the issue, with the customers best interest at the forefront. Tucker is another reason I continue to trust Ford.

I worked with Antonio while looking for a new car, and he is the best I’ve ever worked with. I went to way too many dealers and drove way too many cars so I have much experience, and Antonio surpasses them all. He listened to what I needed from a car (beyond the features of the car) and had me drive great cars I otherwise wouldn’t have driven. He never pressured me and always had my best interests in mind.
