What’s New for the 2026 Ford F-150?
The 2026 Ford F-150 offers the comforts and functionality you need for daily commutes and family hauling, while also delivering the tough performance required for work and play. In 2026, the F-150 is a mid-generation model that is identical to the previous model year.
There are six powertrains available across the nine trim levels this year. The standard powertrain is a 325-horsepower, turbocharged 2.7-liter V6 engine. A V8, 5.0-liter, 400-horsepower system and a V6, 3.5-liter turbo, 400-horsepower engine are offered in mid-level trims. The Ford F-150 also comes with a hybrid PowerBoost system. This system combines the V6, 3.5-liter turbocharged engine with an electric motor to deliver 430 horsepower. The Raptor trim level is exclusively available with a turbo 3.5-liter, 450-horsepower engine. The Raptor R trim level is equipped with a supercharged 5.2-liter V8 engine that produces an impressive 720 horsepower.
The engaging design of the 2026 Ford F-150 exudes confidence and power. While the hood and roof stand tall, the dramatic angle through the windshield and slightly rounded nose add a sense of modern aerodynamics. The wide grille runs across most of the front end. Chrome accents the grille and thick bumper. The LED headlights cap the grille on the sides, and a horizontal, amber-colored lighting element bisects them. Exterior features available with the 2026 F-150 include all-terrain tires, a trailer hitch with an integrated brake controller, onboard scales, skid plates, power-folding side mirrors, and several other options. The 2026 F-150 is available with three bed lengths and three cab styles, which makes it easy for you to find a new truck that suits your unique needs.
The entry-level XL trim level is smartly appointed with wireless connections for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 12-inch central display screen for the Sync 4 infotainment system, a digital instrument panel, lane keeping, a forward collision mitigation system, rear auto braking, and a blind-spot collision avoidance system. Higher trim levels may also be available with a 360-degree camera system, leather upholstery, ambient cabin lights, lane centering, BlueCruise hands-free highway driving assistance, a two-panel moonroof, heated seats in both rows, a Bang & Olufsen premium sound system with 14 speakers, a head-up display, and several additional features.
